At WHC Lab, we take pride in the quality of our yeast and fermentation supplies, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and shelf-stable products. Due to the perishable nature of liquid yeast cultures, these items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or credit.

Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that any temperature-sensitive goods are handled according to the provided safety guidelines.
Ship to WHC Lab
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location for transit back to our laboratory.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our lab team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
