Zero Hero: Low / Non Alcoholic Dry Yeast

Zero hero is a non-alcoholic yeast strain that is Maltose and maltotriose negative and highly restrained in fermentation, it produces minimal alcohol with a clean profile. Pasteurisation is required due to the low level of attenuation.
